Blockchain transactions can be final and irreversible, and smart-contract, routing, RPC, and UI failures can still occur.

Nyomi does not encourage, assist, or support fraud, sanctions evasion, theft, or abusive market conduct.

I understand Nyomi is beta software, may contain bugs or outages, and is provided on an as-is basis.

Self-custody and signing responsibility

I am solely responsible for reviewing every transaction before signing, and I accept the risk of irreversible blockchain activity and loss of funds.

No advice or guarantees

I understand Nyomi does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advice and does not guarantee profits or outcomes.

Lawful use and anti-fraud commitment

I will not use Nyomi for fraud, theft, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or any unlawful or abusive activity.
