1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nyomi, including the Nyomi website, wallet-assisted chat interface, beta features, APIs, CLI tools, transaction-drafting tools, and related services made available by the operators of Nyomi.

By using Nyomi, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You may use Nyomi only if you can form a binding agreement and are legally permitted to access the product in your jurisdiction.

  • You must control the wallet you connect.
  • You must use the product for lawful purposes only.
  • You must not use the service on behalf of a sanctioned or prohibited person.

3. Beta status and no promise of availability

Nyomi is a beta product. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, outages, degraded performance, inaccurate outputs, or security flaws. Features may change, pause, or be removed at any time.

Access is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without any warranty that the product will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or suitable for your intended use.

4. Your wallets, credentials, and account security

You are responsible for maintaining control over any wallet, credentials, device, browser session, API key, or connected workflow used with Nyomi. You must keep your access methods secure and promptly disconnect or revoke access if you suspect compromise.

5. Self-custody and transaction responsibility

Nyomi is not a custodian and does not take possession of your assets. You remain solely responsible for your wallets, seed phrases, private keys, passwords, signing decisions, destination addresses, token selections, amounts, slippage settings, and any onchain actions you approve.

  • Nothing is broadcast until you authorize it with your wallet or other signing flow.
  • Blockchain transactions can be irreversible.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every transaction before signing.

6. No financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

Nyomi is informational and operational software only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, compliance, or tax advice, and it does not recommend or guarantee any trade, token, protocol, route, yield, profit, or outcome.

7. Service content, product rights, and feedback

Nyomi, its software, interface, copy, visual design, and product workflows are owned by its operators or licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service.

If you submit feedback, bug reports, or product suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. To operate, secure, and improve the service, you also authorize us to process prompts, chat content, transaction drafts, and related usage data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services and protocols

The product may rely on third-party wallets, AI providers, RPC providers, relayers, token routing venues, analytics, storage systems, and blockchain protocols. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for downtime, exploits, pricing errors, bridge failures, smart-contract bugs, or policy changes in those systems.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Nyomi to:

  • Commit or facilitate fraud, theft, scams, phishing, deception, or unauthorized access.
  • Manipulate markets, distribute malicious code, or interfere with the platform.
  • Evade sanctions, anti-money-laundering controls, or other legal restrictions.
  • Harass, abuse, impersonate, or mislead other people.
  • Use the service in connection with unlawful securities, derivatives, or financial promotion activity.
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, overload, or bypass service protections except as expressly permitted by law.

10. Compliance and enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, fraud, sanctions, abuse, or operational risk. We may also preserve logs, wallet identifiers, and related evidence as reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and comply with law.

11. No encouragement of fraud or unlawful use

Nyomi does not encourage, support, or condone fraud, market abuse, sanctions evasion, theft, money laundering, or unlawful behavior. Any attempt to use the product for those purposes is a material violation of these Terms.

12. Assumption of risk

By using Nyomi, you knowingly assume the risks described in the Risk Disclosure, including beta-product risk, wallet and key management risk, smart-contract risk, routing and market risk, AI output risk, and the possibility of partial or total loss.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyomi disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, accuracy, and availability.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyomi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, goodwill, tokens, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the service.

This limitation applies even if the loss results from smart-contract failure, chain congestion, MEV, routing errors, stale data, malware, account compromise, phishing, wallet misconfiguration, revoked access, third-party service failure, or beta-product defects.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nyomi and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the product, your wallets, your content, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a new version is presented means you must review and accept the updated version before continuing to use wallet-gated features.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, integration, or product surface at any time.
