1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Nyomi collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the product.
This policy applies to the Nyomi website, wallet-assisted chat interface, beta features, APIs, CLI tools, and related services unless a separate notice says otherwise.
2. Information we collect
- Wallet information, including connected wallet address and wallet verification state.
- Chat inputs, generated responses, uploaded files, and transaction drafts you request.
- Account and session data, including guest or registered user identifiers and cookies.
- Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, request metadata, and logs.
- Legal acceptance records, including timestamp, wallet address, policy version, IP address, and user agent.
- Public blockchain data that is already visible onchain once you interact with Solana.
3. Where information comes from
- Directly from you when you connect a wallet, chat, or upload content.
- Automatically from your browser, device, and app session.
- From integrated infrastructure and service providers.
- From public blockchain records and market data sources.
4. How we use information
- Operate the wallet-authenticated chat experience.
- Generate responses, draft transactions, and save chat history.
- Protect the service from abuse, fraud, security incidents, rate-limit abuse, and policy violations.
- Measure performance, debug issues, run internal testing, and improve product quality.
- Develop, evaluate, and refine features such as prompts, routing, approvals, safety systems, automation, and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
- Produce aggregated or de-identified reporting when reasonably possible.

6. Service providers and infrastructure
Nyomi relies on third-party infrastructure to operate. Depending on the feature you use, data may be processed by service providers such as wallet-connect infrastructure, hosting providers, database and blob storage providers, AI/model infrastructure, Solana RPC providers, routing or liquidity services, and blockchain relayers.
In the current product stack, that may include Reown/AppKit for wallet connection, Vercel-hosted application and API infrastructure, Postgres storage, Blob/file storage, Redis-backed rate limiting, Firebase Analytics for product analytics, Cloud Firestore if enabled for low-latency operational data, AI gateway or model providers, Solana network infrastructure, Jupiter endpoints, and Privacy Cash services for private-send flows.
7. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar session technologies to maintain login state, wallet verification state, guest-account continuity, and basic application functionality.
We may also use analytics and telemetry tools to understand feature usage, diagnose reliability issues, and improve product performance.
8. Blockchain data
Blockchain activity is generally public and may be permanent. If you sign or broadcast a transaction, the resulting wallet addresses, balances, signatures, and transaction details may be visible onchain to anyone.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the beta product, secure the service, maintain records of consent, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce platform rules.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You can also disconnect your wallet, clear local browser data, and stop using the product at any time.
Until a dedicated privacy inbox is published, requests about this policy can be directed through the public repository at https://github.com/NovaShieldWallet/nyomi-agent-wallet.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than your own. By using the product, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You should assume that any internet-based service, beta software, or blockchain-connected workflow carries some security risk.
13. Children
Nyomi is not intended for children. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to do so where you live.
14. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the update is material, users may be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use wallet-gated features.
